Vallitix, currently, has eighteen computerized Ticket Outlets in Kern, Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Vallitix also offers a fully staffed charge by phone room and real time Internet sales via our partnership with ticketswest.com. Vallitix is able to handle any clients via toll free phone and Internet sales all over the world. Our secure network infrastructure has allowed us to be able to look at any growth curve.
THE SYSTEM
Vallitix utilizes the powerful Select a Seat software program. A program that offers the promoter and venue all the flexibility and accuracy ever needed. Running the platform are Data General UNIX Avion servers with full time redundant backup. Complete network security, rock solid on line system support, and virtually no downtime is at the heart of the Vallitix system.

Vallitix was built with philosophy of fairness in convenience fees. Vallitix convenience fees to the public are some of the lowest in the industry. Vallitix has grown because of our value ethic. The philosophy of reasonable fees is also followed in regards to promoter fees. Vallitix fees are always lower than the industry standard.
TOTAL BOX OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Vallitix typically, as part of its service, helps the promoter manage his sales throughout the promotion and all day of show ticking operations. It is our philosophy that we are there to help the promoter on site as well as settle event proceeds immediately after the close of box office. Settlement is always right after the event finishes, or on mutually agreeable timetable to serve the promoters needs.
