If you violate these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations, Vallitix may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your order, and/or take any appropriate legal action against you.

Payment Methods
Vallitix.com accepts MasterCard and Visa as methods of payments to accommodate your needs.
Pricing and Availability
Vallitix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, bands and venues, which means Vallitix.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, charge by phone, outlets and box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however Vallitix.com does not control this inventory or its availability.
Convenience and Handling Fee
Tickets purchased on Vallitix.com are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a per order handling charge. The per order handling fee is non-refundable.
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Vallitix.com makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and per ticket convenience fee. The per order fee is non-refundable. Outdoor events are held rain or shine, there will be no refunds or rain cancelled shows. If an event is cancelled, please Contact Us for information on receiving a refund. Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venue, teams, and theatres, prohibit Vallitix.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow 7 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please Contact Us.
Tickets delivered through Will Call are typically available one hour prior to the doors opening of the event. Tickets will be placed under the name on the account. If someone else is authorized to pickup tickets, please contact us prior to pickup. You will need to present picture identification.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer
When purchasing tickets on Vallitix.com, at time you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Rules of Conduct
Any conduct by you that we believe restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site is expressly prohibited. You may not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy web pages or their content or for any other unauthorized purpose. You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You may not take any action that places a disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from the Site without the our expressed written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
You agree that use of the Site is at your own risk. You are responsible for protecting your password if you use one. Neither we nor our affiliates, nor any of our or their employees, owners, agents, third party content providers or licensors, warrant that service on the Site will be uninterrupted or error free or free from unauthorized use or theft of information placed on the Site by you; nor do we or they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Site, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through the Site.
Vallitix disclaims any and all liability for damages or injury related to use of the Site caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information in any form, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. You acknowledge that Vallitix shall not not be liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties. Any risk of such injury is entirely yours.

Neither we nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Vallitix and its directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, and assigns from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and the Vallitix Privacy and Security Statement constitute the entire agreement with you regarding use of the Site, and supersede earlier written or oral agreements with you on this subject. The Terms and Conditions and the Vallitix Privacy and Security Statement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any cause of action of any nature hereunder shall be brought in the state or federal courts of the County of Kern and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction thereof.
